JIVE (Join Innovations for Visible Equality) is the project of the following five development partnerships:

Finland: VaSkooli - Development of an Education and Training Guarantee System
Germany: MIK - Modular Integration Concepts for the vocational integration in the administrative district of Muenster
Lithuania: EQUAL HIGHWAY: Development Partnership Klaipeda-Vilnius
The Netherlands: Internal and External Care Structures MBO
The Netherlands: The chain to close with perspective

The objective of the JIVE-cooperation was to develop new support, guidance and other services, and to disseminate and mainstream good practices developed in different countries.

All the projects involved in JIVE are part of the EQUAL Community Initiative, which was set up to combat discrimination and inequality on labour markets in EU Member States. EQUAL-projects are financed by the European Social Fund (ESF).
